Is the '63 OG plate listed and registered to this car, and the plate on the title? (I have had cars in the past where the vehicle was off the computer after such a long time stored, and I had to re apply for a title, and the original plate was not assigned - as they assigned a new plate at the time of re doing the title, I had to to the YOM program to re assign the plate.) We went through recent DMV transfer with the new title. Its currently non opt and the new owner will need to submit to their local DOT to maintain the plates. Currently no plates assigned. You do that obviously at time of registration. There is some electrical odds and ends. Its not from rodents. Most all wiring seems to be in good shape. Components that are not working: horn intermittent, blinkers, heater motor and Fuel gage. NO over heating since radiator was repaired and new water pump. I have driven it a few times and drives fine. There is no rust, a bit of surface rust from sitting.
