Looking at the seats, steering wheel, carpet, etc. it has to be very low mileage. The undercarriage parts with little or no rust preventative are rusted. Humidity does that. The exhaust front Y-pipe is still shiny like new. It's made of 409 stainless steel. It doesn't take much use for that to turn purple, and if it's well used, it will be crusty purple. The brake dust shields and brake line fittings still have clean yellow zinc (or cad?) plating on them. Everything under the hood would have fared a lot better if it had been stored with the hood open. Somebody commented on the driver's armrest -- that's the clear plastic film from assembly and shipping that was never completely removed. There's a piece of it on the driver's seat backrest, also. Regardless of the actual mileage, if it's been parked for 35 years, virtually every piece of rubber in it is going to need to be replaced.
