They are folding, fully adjustable, and sturdy. I am unaware of the brand.\r\n3) when i purchased, The bike came with no mirrors (it was dark and i had never seen a rc8r in person). I installed the bar end mirrors. I was able to get the seller to send me the left side mirror (which can come with the bike), i was told the other mirror was broken when the bike laid over in previous owners garage. \r\n\r\nCosmetically the bike is exactly as i bought it. I assume the previous owner had that done and i think it looks great. the quality of the work looks like it came factory. \r\n\r\nThe exhaust came on the bike when i purchased, Im not 100% sure the mfg. By the look of the tip, it is probably competition werkes.
