I apologize for not answering your question sooner. This year cab is mfg with built in seat base approx 9\" high. It would be easy to put a deck on that base to mount bucket seats and perhaps add a deep console between them. The seat bottom thickness would pose no issues as there is plenty of headroom. The seat back would need to be as thin as possible to allow as much front to back room. Their are lots of ready made bucket seats available or you could have anything made. I have built 5 40 Ford pickups and have never personally utilized bucket seat but have seen a few that have them. Hope this helps. Thank you. It does turn heads and lots of \"thumbs up\" when your out and about. A nice feature about this truck has to do with the build specs on the motor. The Edelbrock performer+ cam profile(bottom-mid range) coupled with the matching heads, Intake, & 750 cfm carb make it a really fun car for the \"lady\" in your life to drive. It has a smooth idle which makes it drive like \"moms\" car but when you put your foot in it comes on with really strong with lots of HP & torque. Kind of a sleeper that's a pleasure to drive with the smooth motor, power steering, & brakes. My girlfriend who was never really into streetrods actually loves driving this truck (and counts the thumbs,LOL). In all honesty the only thing I can call out is flaws due to age in the paint job. It has a show quality paint job that from 10ft (and beyond) still looks stunning, but upon close inspection there are chips or small scratches, Etc due to age. It can be remedied by either spot repair or a fresh paint job.
