Mine has lots more miles and wear but I'm very interested to see how this goes. The mirrors were originally black and door handles body color. The original paint was base coat / clear coat but the clear would start to fade 5 minutes after the warranty expired. This repaint looks very good to my eyes.\r\n\r\nI bought mine in '98 with 41K miles for $8K from the original owner who was an older woman who found the car too harsh for her tastes. I had to take out a small loan at the time and I remember the guy at the bank basically berating me for spending too much on a car that didn't even have power windows. Instant flashback! \nI bought it to do a b-series awd swap on it, but after driving it a little and seeing how original the car was I couldn't cut up a true survivor car. So instead I started my countless hours of hunting down clips, muffler ( traveled 3 hours for) air box lid (traveled 12 hours for) and ordered every oem Honda seal, trim and gasket (to name just a few things) I could find to make it the best 30 year old time capsule I could. \nIt's truly amazing to drive and get thumbs up everywhere.
