Thanks for the interest in my CB200T!\r\n\r\nI bought this last year in hopes of riding it back and forth from work in the summers. But I recently re-acquired my first bike from my parents, a 1976 Yamaha XS360. So I have a stronger connection to that bike, and believe this CB200T belongs to someone who has a similar liking to it. \r\n\r\nThis is a beautiful bike, it rocks the gorgeous gold paint well, and it is in overall wonderful condition. Being nearly 50 years old, it does boast some age. Some light scratching all around and a minor dent on the right-hand side of the fuel tank, which are seen in the photos. Inside the fuel tank is excellent, I have attached a couple more photos of that to show. The frame still has a great factory coating with occasional rock chips, as expected from use. The chrome fenders and tins have light pitting as mentioned in the listing description, and the fenders have a couple minor dings as seen in photos. \r\n\r\nThe engine is clean and strong, but has a few fuel stains which can be seen in the photos on the left engine covers, which is likely from a possible long-term sitting. The gold side covers are in great condition, one even displays the original dealer tag from a (still in business) dealership in Dubuque, Iowa. Under the gold covers are clean and clear air cleaners. The carburetors have been cleaned, and are quite simple to adjust if it were to be bought by someone at a higher or lower elevation. The engine is strong, and has low mileage, so any maintenance or adjustments in the engine have not deemed necessary. All lights and electronics work as they should. \r\n\r\nThe seat has a couple minor cracks, as mentioned in the listing and shown in photos, all of which do not go through to the foam. The seat is not hard or sunbaked, and is still spongy like it should be. The grips are in excellent condition for their age as well. As mentioned in the listing, there is some cracking in the front tire. It is still soft and both tires have plenty of tread left, and both hold air pressure. \r\n\r\nI am being quite diffident with this description as it is a beautiful machine. It has a fairly throaty sound for being only a 200. It handles nicely and brakes well. My feet are planted flat and firmly on the ground, and I am 5\u2019 10\u201d. CB200, in an \"orange-ish\" color, some 20+ years ago...in my collection of Big Bore bikes. It was in very nice condition...like this one...all OEM stock (but, of course, as no one really modified these). Paid about $200 for it. \n\nI bought it just to \"pup around\" on ...on the back country asphalt roads in my local area. IMO...these are one of the best looking and great running, US market, 200cc bikes of that era. Just bullet-proof (unless really shot by a 44cal.) and easy to own and ride. \"Thrilling\" actually to ride fast. I really enjoyed that little bike....when I wanted to just take a slow to reasonably fast ride and enjoy the sights and sounds of South Central NY State's back country roads! Sold it after about 2 years of ownership...for $450 to a collector. This one should do very well here on BaT!
