It's a OHV with a somewhat crossflow cylinder and criss-cross pushrods. This was the next to last year for the little Benly models, which began in 1954 as a 90cc engine displacement machine with a teeter-totter suspension which caused fuel frothing in the carb. Honda learned to refine the model a little more each year. These bikes are extremely difficult to restore to this level. The video is very helpful and the engine sounds like it is running perfectly. These seldom come up for sale, especially in this condition. It will be a fine addition for any true Honda collector's garage.
