As the Seller mentions, the problem looks to be the heater control boxes which look old and rusty, and more than likely don't close all the way in order to pipe the heat forward into the cockpit, the 4 pipe exhaust kit that was removed and included in the pics is not correct for the car, rather it's an aftermarket muffler Abarth that looks to be pretty rusted out, the tool kit is missing some important items which are expensive to buy, and the rear seatbelt are aftermarket as well. The originals should be Repaint and have a trigger mechanism rather than the clamshell style in the pic's. Cool car, but sadly a repaint. If this car were original paint, the bidding would escalate much higher...
