I had a 10 GMC sometime ago with the upscale \"plastic interior\" Factory cloth bucket seats GM got a deal on from Wal-Mart, 6spd auto that spent most it's time wearing itself out shifting on flat ground needless to say that truck went away in less than a month when I found a beautiful 04 2500 CC light duty 6.0 that would pull anything I ever needed to without a problem and 12+mpg. Unfortunately the tin worm took it's toll on it after about 5 years :( Having been in the repair biz, IMHO these 99-06 GM's were some of the best they put out to date.
