Usually, they did stuff like adding nicer floor mats or a radio upgrade, something simple that would add perceived value without costing the dealership too much. But another engine seems like an effort. All that cutting, stretching, welding. Do dealers weld? Maybe. I mean, innovate or die. I could see a salesperson saying, \"why go with the Chevy or the Ford when they have just one engine.\" It's a pretty good hook, honestly.
