I cleaned up a floor section and the factory \"slop\" paint used by the San Jose plant is still present and intact. The underbody is not highly detailed however, as this car was a driver. The RH floor crossmember has a dent in it - it looks like someone jacked up the car improperly and caused the dent. It is cosmetic only and visible in the picture gallery. The paintwork has excellent gloss and the sightlines are remarkably straight for a black car. I bought the car after the paint was done, so I don't know the extent of what bodywork was required. I've been all around this car in my 6+ year ownership and have not found evidence of past rust. The deck-lid appears to have had a spoiler mounted in the past, and the underside of the lid has visible holes in the bracing where the spoiler was mounted (pictured in the gallery - photos 84/85). The lid is otherwise rust free.
