Having a son who is heavily involved in the antiques and collectibles market really opened my eyes to the extreme value seen in the pristine and unrestored. While attending multiple antiques and collectibles auctions with my son I have personally witness valuations of the same exact item vary at from a few thousand dollars to exceeding hundreds of thousands based upon condition and originality. Some people don\u2019t get it, and the diversity in opinions is one of the great things about this hobby. If anyone on this site is fan of \u201cas new\u201d collector cars, take some time to view @GM-Classics website, but make sure you have some free time as I am sure you will spend more time on that site than originally intended.
