His comment was that it is minor and, in his opinion, didn't warrant attention at this point considering I only average about 500 miles per year on the car. He also pulled the spark plugs and said they looked good. Unfortunately they are under the intake plenum. Fortunately it\u2019s easy access to the injectors once you take the plenum off. Injectors, also fortunately aren\u2019t that expensive. If not already replaced the new injectors work better with ethanol than the originals. I replaced two injectors myself and when my valve cover gasket began to leak my mechanic replaced all injectors with the new style ones since the plenum was already off and plugged up the useless air injection system (check your state\u2019s regulations first), new valve cover gaskets and all good. Not very expensive again relative to an exotic car. The current timing belt was changed in September 2015 just prior to my ownership. But apparently one of the seals inside the timing cover is leaking. Other areas of the engine looked good. The valve cover gaskets are dry and the rear main seal is good. The mechanic cleaned the front area and added dye to the oil to aid in monitoring the leak. I tried to show them in some of my pictures described below.\r\nPic 52 - there is some wear on the black trim along the upper portion along the drivers side A pillar. There is also just a little wear right along the middle ridge of the trim piece along the top of the drivers door, seen in pic 55. The rest of the trim looks pretty good.\r\nPic 53 - there is a scratch down low on the passenger side rocker panel, about 5-6 inches behind the front wheel well. It was there when I bought the car.\r\nPic 56 - a small scrape on the upper edge of the drivers door handle.\r\nPic 57 - two small chips in the paint can be seen. One on the upper edge of the gas lid cover and the other at the upper right corner of the drivers door, both seen here.\r\nPic 63 - the passenger door has a slight door ding, about 4 inches below the door handle. It's not readily seen, and wasn't easy to capture in a photo, but you can see just a slight dimple in this picture.\r\nPic 98 - the dash has lifted just slightly in a small section right along the defrost vent. It's not cracked, just raised a little. I've pushed it back down, but could never get it to stay.\r\nIf anyone has any questions, please let me know. I talked at length with Bernie Bilski about it when he was working on my car. I also talked at length about it with the 35 yr experience Z specialty mechanic here in Nashville who maintains the Nissan North American Heritage Collection. They independently advised that if the car is a weekend driver, that is garaged, then 8 to 10 years is the time frame they use.
