Since I purchased the car in 2012, nothing has been welded there. \r\n\r\nThe torque boxes, trunk, floors, and sheet metal are all healthy. There is some light surface rust on the leaf springs and rear-end housing, which I tried to show in the pictures. The car has lived in a garage for 95% of my ownership (The last 3 months it's been under a car cover and thick tarp) and never driven in bad weather. The exhaust and rear brake lines were replaced in October 2019.
