You can replace the mechanical stuff easily, but a rusty tub is always a rusty tub, even when new metal is welded onto a cleaned up area. \nThe bottom line is this car is not pristine, you don't have to be scared of \"getting the first ding\"; they are already there. So just drive the car as is for 10-20-30 years, then pass it on to the next \"Porsche Nut\" - it could be a generational car.
