Of course, this is clearly listed as a non-running project and the description/gallery has been very transparent. If you are asking for my personal opinion, I believe it could be made to run and drive with basic mechanical services and replacement of all the generic consumables and rubber items. That being said, if you could live with the cosmetic imperfections, this car would make for a great entry point into 190SL ownership. Especially since the seats are really in great shape. Transparency is paramount in my listings and I know everyone is trying to decipher how much of a \"project\" this car really is, including myself. That being said, I will answer your questions to the best of my ability:\n\n- All underbody photos can be seen in the gallery above in photos 139-149 and ONE hole is purposely shown in photo 141. There is a decent amount of surface corrosion and visible rot appears to be minimal. The structural integrity appears to be good though the car has not been on the road in a very long time and I have never driven it. I recommend referring to my personal opinion in my most previous comment. \n\n- The floor pans can be seen underneath in photo 140 and from above in photos 116-124 where there appears to have been a wood and metal insert placed. I assume this was some improvised sound deadening or shape holding apparatus left from a previous repair but cannot confirm. \n\n- We do not have an official \"data card\" though will try to get one from Mercedes before the end of the auction. Numbers can be seen in photos 157-160\n\n- That is the note from the previous owner and I personally have not turned it over by hand. I personally created all the photo and video content along with spending roughly two weeks with the car. \n\nAs always, we encourage in person inspections for all of our cars and especially our project cars. This example WILL NEED WORK to become a running and driving car. As the title and very first sentence of the description says, \"This 1956 Mercedes-Benz 190SL is a non-running project\" \n\nPlease let me know if you would like to take a deeper dive into these issues or if there are any specific photo requests that will help you discern value.
