Driver drunk. Both passengers were ladies who were thrown to the rear and died. The locals were busy looting the car.\r\n\r\nThey took the responsibility to end their trip and drove back to Ca. to notify the Family of the lost ladies. Really tragic. This car is a totally stripped-down bare bones facsimile of a VW bus with a lipstick paint job. Looks like nobody could be bothered to make sure the brake pedal pad is fully seated on the brake pedal.
