I do not believe it is the original motor. It was refreshed back in 2021 with a comp cams street cam and valve train upgrade to roller rockers, HD springs and valve job. A 200r 4speed automatic with a 2400 stall converter was added in 2022, I then added the eldebrock performer intake, water pump, Holley sniper fuel system with Holley distributor, coil, all electronic dash, fuel tank, fuel pump, fuel lines and to support those changes added a all new wiring harness from American wire. Also hooker long tube headers and a spintech muffler package with 2.5\" exhaust with x-pipe exiting out the rear.The basic tune was performed here in a local shop where the motor was tuned at 390 to the rear wheels. The car drives and performs like a 19,000 mile car, the doors fit beautiful, the trunk lid, it has minimal wind noise, handles like a new car, Why?, because it's never been apart, I have a 76 TA with 47,000 miles that has never been apart, it still is just a great car. I recently just bought a 1969 Ford Fairlane Cobra with 31,000 original miles, original paint etc. It has been invited to MCACN for survivor judging. The doors, windows, trunk lid all work like it is new.
