There are some used ones out there but they are getting harder to find. The 63 will fit a 64 but the Riviera script is different for both years. Then when you hit a bump it would pop open. The hinge is located in the upper right hand corner of the glove box. It was plastic and most broke which then causes the alignment of the lid to be off. Buick designed a metal jacket that can be retrofitted over the existing hinge for support and stability.\nWhen you push the button to open the lid, a spring was used to make the lid open enough for you to place your fingers under to fully open it. Once the alignment was off, the spring was of no value. You see many of these with the fascia on the lid in the lower left corner curled up from people trying to get their fingers under the lid to open it. This is why a knob was fitted on this particular car.
