At the time the general market had just taken a big step down, they had gone from selling in the 60-70K$ range to being commonly available in the 50K$ range. I looked at several and loved them all. The sounds, the looks, the feels, this car has them. But I also couldn't shake the feeling that this wasn't the floor on pricing and there were always little awkward things that threatened to cost thousands more to correct. I skipped on to another infatuation and never looked back.
