It is a four seat Ferrari with very usable back seats, not tiny pet chairs, and lots of power. The OTO (\"One to One\") has an upgraded F1 transmission with the two small discs and some other innards from a 599 put in a 612 case. It shifts much quicker than earlier 612s, although not quite up to a 599. The OTO also has a fixed glass roof that transforms the interior and a manettino on the steering wheel. If you need or want a four seat Ferrari, the 612 OTO is one to consider for sure. Only about 110 are in the U.S., so they're hard to find and get a premium over earlier versions of the 612.
