It shifts crisp but it doesn't shift \"abrupt\" nor \"sluggish\". Sorry, not trying to be non committal its just a hard question to answer without a seat of the pants experience. The Driver seat moves in most directions however not in the direction of the intended switch (forward goes up, tilt goes back, etc) feel like someone replaced the \"rocking seat\" and in doing so didn't put the right lead back on the right motor or vice versa at the switch. The passenger mirror is unresponsive. Could be the L/R switch or the mirror itself. Looks like Goodyear back in the day only put dates on one side of the tire. I can see them plainly on the drivers side but nothing on the passenger side, these being directional makes sense as to why. Photos to come.\r\nUnderside photos were taken however looks like they weren't submitted. I just sent them to BaT and they are extensive. Hopefully they all can be put on the gallery as I can only put 20 on in the comment section per input.\r\nI frankly don't remember if the seat worked prior to having them recovered or not. It was the first thing I did. My upholsterer is an ex GM tech who was in this field back in the days of this car being prevalent. I would think he knew what to do to not screw up the functionality at the harness when he took them out. It's either the switch is mis wired or the motors themselves. \r\nThe car was stored for some time and yes, the tires are old and should be replaced.
