First, the headliner isn't very costly, but will require both the front and rear windscreens to be removed, as it seats on the body, as well as removal of the wood around the window openings That probably means new windshield rubbers, and they don't necessarily fit as well as original, plus getting the dang bright trim back in place. It's a lot of work, and not for the faint of heart.\r\n\r\nAs to the leather, a complete interior kit is somewhere in the neighborhood of 8K, and I'm guessing about 2500$ of the kit price is seats - haven't priced one in awhile. That is before installation. On the other hand, the back seat looks pretty good, and some elbow grease with leather softeners and a redye could bring it back to life. For a driver, I'd use local sources to replace the seat bottoms, and repair the seat backs. All depends on your willingness to have hands on.\r\n\r\nIF you want a show car, you should start with something better, or plan to put more money in it than you will be able to get back. Finding a knowledgeable restorer to do it will double the price. @smithall: to replace the headlining, not only do you have to remove the wood rails, but they are screwed from the outisde, ie, under the door rubbers, which must be in the same general condition to the rest of this car, so new door seals all around to be added...and installed. Figure over 1K to do it properly....and again, make sure you know how to refit the front and back glass, your local autoglass shop haven't seen this in years.\r\n\r\nUnderneath, after a soft sandblast, who knows how the quarter elleptic springs supports will be found. These are a double sandwich with space to pack up mud, dirt and anything else over the years.....
