These early Z's lost some of their beauty as they made annual adaptations to crash-test requirements, but this one has taken a decent approach to improve over stock. I'm sure this car will not command anywhere near the bidding activity of the recent '72 that sold for $37,500, but I would wager this car would outperform that very stock model in just about every category (except sales value!). There were, and are, a lot of ways to improve upon the basic 240-260-280Z package, and it is tempting to get into the accessories bin big-time with these cars. This one is a prime example of that, but it appears to me that all the mods were done with great care, skill, and yes, taste. It's local to me so I wouldn't have to worry about shipping.
