A little worrying the patch on the hard top but otherwise looks like the paint is pretty decent. A set of euro bumpers and silver bundts (rather than chrome) would really do wonders for it. Oh and a 'new' $50 air cleaner. A different used one is probably cheaper than spending a weekend refinishing this one. Undercarriage looks right for the miles and age. Seats will need to be recovered and with labor and new pads its $3K. Dash cap is best option for the cracks.
