Didn't come with power trunk release, either, but the small town dealer that ordered it, had retrofitted that option and put the button in the armrest storage bin, and not inside the glove box.\r\nTurbo was a little weak in it's design, and ate the oil seal, on the compressor side, and turned in to a mosquito smoker, at 55,000 miles in 1988. That was fun to replace.\r\nFront spark plugs on the passenger side required taking a tube off the turbo to access. Then I discovered that turning the steering wheel hard to the right, and a 24 inch socket extension, got you easy access thru the wheel well.\r\n\r\nReally like the color combo with the wheels on this one. His had the hood bulge boost guage lights too.\r\nI installed an Autometer 2-1/8\" Vacuum / Boost Gauge in mine. Took out the right hand dash a/c vent and retrofitted it so it looked factory. Tee'd the line into the 3/8 copper tube, that controlled the waste gate. Then I took a crescent wrench, and bent the bracket that mounted the waste gate pod, to give it a little more boost, by retarding the action of the waste gat and gave it about 1 more PSI of boost. I think 81's had an adjustable threaded rod on them, but '80 models did not have that feature.
