Everyone told me before I bought my Aston Martin 10 years ago that the reliability was horrible. I took a risk after reading owner forums where they shared the car was trouble free. My Vantage has literally been problem free for 23k miles/10 Years (will never sell her). I have a good friend who sells high end cars, has owned several McLarens and says you need to live close to a dealer for them to make sense. Nearest dealer to us in Austin is three hours+. He literally shared stories at COTA of sidelined MP4\u2019s, P1\u2019s, longtails etc. Supposedly there is an owner in town with four of them who takes all four to the track and brings a McLaren tech with his laptop to COTA from Houston! Are you able to shed any light and dispel any myths? Last thing I would want is to spend over 100 grand on a car and not be able to drive it because of no dealer.
