( the buttons on the key wear thru and allow water dirt etc into the electronics inside. \r\n\r\nTrannies are sealed and expensive to service once they need it. \r\n\r\nThat all being said , mine has 160k of dirt road and farm abuse , and keeps on going. Sadly, I had to replace the transmission in the 2008, which took a pile of money. I'm taller (6' 4\") and find it to be the most comfortable vehicle I've ever owned. Just drove the 2008 (180k on it) from western WI to ME (where the 2006 now resides) and back. As for 3rd row seats, if it had them the seat belts should be evident, and they aren't. An often (entirely?) overlooked feature of the HSE is the sound system - it's surprisingly good.
