A little bit about the owners and the car:\r\n\r\nDad was the surgeon in a small CO town, but bought the best of everything, whether he needed or used it or not, and held onto his things forever. The Mark was one of those things. Too big for our little Mom to drive, and used very little as you can tell by the miles - an average of 200 miles per year over 50 years! \r\n\r\nDad took very good care of the good things he owned, including The Mark, having it serviced regularly until he quit driving about four years ago. The last service we know of from talking to him was in 2020 where the belts and hoses were replaced and the oil and fluids were changed. Dad even built a stand alone two car garage building shortly after purchasing The Mark to store the car and his \u201cstuff\u201d, so it has not been exposed to the elements, which on the plains of eastern Colorado are plenty! \r\n\r\nDad\u2019s kids checked out The Mark prior to listing and we were amazed at the great shape that it is in. It was stored with the battery disconnected, so we just recently replaced it. We drove it around town and checked out everything that we could think of. The only non-operational items that we noticed were the power antenna is inoperable, which could just be due to time, and the Cartier analog clock on the dash seems to work intermittently. The radio works, but we couldn\u2019t check the 8 track operation as no one has a tape! :o. Paint and even the pin striping are in excellent condition, as well as the interior and trunk.
