All the remaining finish is original. Understand the controversy regarding the timing change interval but Ferrari recommends replacement every 30K. If concerned, it's not too much of an issue to replace through the RR wheel well and does not require an engine out service as with most other models. A/C was just never a priority with me and not a service procedure that could be provided in my shop. Typically only driven windows down - great audible experience. The mileage is documented in the service records. The original spare tire is included along with all the original spares belts, parts, tools, service light, etc. Pretty much everything included as delivered to the original owner.
