This car also substantiates my theory that the only way to tell a '70 from a '71 externally is by the direction of the exterior door-lock key slots. Door handles are easily swapped, especially on a resto and the '70 handles were a one year only item and tough to find. ASK me how I know, LOL.. \r\n\r\nThis car also sports the '69/'70 glove box door. 'Traditionally' the glove box door lock moved to the center of the door for MY '71. Makes sense with such an early '71 VIN. I think this car probably had the horizontal locks initially..
