I am the 8th documented owner of an actual true Z-28 and have a historical book that was included when I purchased it in 2012. The car is in fact all original sheet metal and was a 99% concourse survivor. My son and I have been on quite the journey and have good memories with this Camaro. A few years back Sean Smith Design and I collaborated on a vision of building a 1970's car with modern timeless European design features but insisting on not losing the GM American design lines of the entire car. From the German and Italian influence in the interior to the subtle body accents, colors and features to the HRE wheels wrapped in Michelin tires. I want to point out the paint and body work. The materials are all top BASF/Glasurit 90 line. The color is a simple BMW OE mix which makes things easy. The lower body rocker panels have been extended 2\" all the way around the car to hide the pinch welds and give the car a \"lower\" look. The $12,000 flush glass was fabricated and installed by Eddie Koto of which I will include two (2) extra sets with the sale. The carbon fiber spoiler is one off by SpeedKore of which I posses the $10,000 tooling to lay up additional spoilers in any composite material. The $6,500 front grille was originally a 350lb of aluminum billet that was machined, polished and then high gloss powder coated . The $3,500 aluminum billet lower scoop running lights were designed, machined, polished and high gloss powder coated. The one off aluminum billet steering wheel, shifter ball, dash, gauges and center console are all one off never to be duplicated. The rear tail light are machined aluminum and will not be duplicated. There simply is not another car like this one and you can not walk into a car dealership and just buy or lease one.
