This car was a daily driver for me in San Jose while I worked there for two years, and so I can attest to that the HVAC (both A/C and heat) work properly including the defrost function. I had the A/C recharged two years ago to assure proper lubrication within the system, and so the system currently blows cold air. I can't specifically answer what Carfax documents or comments, but the car was in my ownership during the entire time period. Regarding pic 13, the spot where we were photographing the car had a rain drain directly under the car as the parking lot pictured had a slope towards the center. What you see in the picture is the independent suspension adjusting to the curvature of the slope. Otherwise the car sits level as it has the stock springs and strut assemblies with no sagging issue present or to my knowledge.
