Incredible Jeep. None of the seats are original. The original seats was white Wellignton vinyl low back bucket seats. On dealer order form for assembly line seats #0421. Rear seat with dual seat belts in 1978 was $106. \r\n Jeep has letter code 'A' in rear diff. That's 3.54. Great all around gear ratio. This Jeep run perfect down road at 65MPH. Need to pass go ahead and run 90MPH. Absolutely can't beat the old HeavyDuty 1339 Q-Trac set up. GM 'K' case 400 automatic. Far superior to what chrysler Jeep calls Q-Trac. On these old ones...CHANGE FLUID OFTEN! Only use TCL1 fluid only for these. Absolutely nothing else! Shake bottles good. Two step procedure to refill. If not sure how please feel free to reach out to me. Find set of low back white seats and leave this time capsule alone! Other option install all black seats low back.
