Welcome to the auction of this beautiful Ruby Pearl S14. This is a great example of a well kept all original 240SX, As you can see on the Carfax it's spent most of its life in California and some time in Arizona until I purchased the car. Car is 100% rust free body, underside, subframes, trunk are all incredibly clean, a lot of bolts underneath still have the factory zinc coating on them.\r\n\r\nI personally flew down to Arizona when I purchased it, and drove it home to Spearfish, SD roughly 1300 ish miles. The car did great the whole trip and gave me no trouble. I will note, it seems to run a little rougher on the cold starts, once it's warmed up a little bit it smooths out. The car could probably use a tune up in that aspect, Plugs, wires, Distributer cap etc. would probably it have running like butter. The A/C does work and kept me cool most of the time, It was about 100 degrees when I picked the car up and it was struggling to keep me cool around town driving. Once I picked up the pace to 65 mph+ it worked much better. Im sure it could use a re-charge. During my trip home I was able to spend the time with the car and make sure everything was working properly. Power windows, door locks, key fob, climate controls, cruise control etc. everything on this car works as is it should, including the factory radio and power antenna.\r\n\r\nThe car does have a few dings and scratches as noted in the write up (See pictures). as well some paint fading on the top portions of the front and rear bumpers. Overall it presents incredibly well for a car that is nearly 30 years old. The interior is in excellent condition as well, which is amazing given the miles and age. Nothing is broken on the inside, the dash has zero cracks in it. You'll see the steering wheel airbag section has a few small cracks in it which seems to pretty common on these, I do have a better condition oem steering wheel that will be included (I'll add a photo of that today). No strange orders or smoke smell of any kind.\r\n\r\nThis is a perfect platform for some to start a build on knowing there's no rust, and starting with an all original car that you don't have to fix other peoples poor work on. Or keep it stock and enjoy it in its original form.
