I follow the listings on multiple web sites for data. Using data combined from different sites allows one to follow trends. For example a significant number of these offered on the Ferrari Approved site are also listed on the Carfax site. The Carfax site lists time on market and posts dated changes in asking price. BAT and several other sites post copies of window sticker. Certainly some have sat on market with sequential prices decreases. When the 12 Cilindri spider arrives on our shores several years from now base price is very likely to have increased significantly over last the 2023 812 GTS's which had base price of $466K before options. Base price on a 2024 812 GTS Competizione Aperta was $606K before options and these sell for $800K+ over MSRP to 2nd owners. My 812 GTS is looking quite good to me right now. if offered an allotment for a 12 Cilindri , I would jump on it and own both. With this options package, the only substantial questions are: \"Do I like the color combination?\"and \"Can I justify the price?\" If so it will sell , if not it will not meet reserve.
