When it got back he drove it for a few years around the farm and back and forth to town and then just parked it. We bought it complete but needing total restoration from the widow for $12,500. Got it running and did NOTHING else and let it be known in the wider market it was for sale. Now mind you in the late 80s Ferraris were changing hands between speculators with the intermediate owners sometimes not even taking possession before flipping. I did get to drive it briefly around Jacksonville, IL. Sold it in a week for $87,500, cash. Took a while to count all that money!
