Mine worked, but felt the msd was more solid than the plex. When there is built in backup for failure, doesn't inspire much confidence. Disty requires a brain to setup, and super important to making run right. Weighted advance and horizontal placement wears bushings inside, springs crack and break, etc. Def Dino part that is worth doing right. I was lucky to find new oem ones collecting dust. Cool car, not sure what spares are out now, but remember plastic bits where the biggest PIA to track down ie lenses, inside vents etc. Dash cxn be redone, along with top and center console by Just Dashs. Not cheap, but mine came out great looking. All the wood is veneer and easy to dyi as well. Lots of work, but all doable given enthusiasm. I recorded the sound driving and would listen to it whenever I thought of throwing in the towel. Glad to see these going up enough to at least cover part of what ti takes to bring these back to life.
