This presents as a very nice matching numbers car (if that's important to you) that should be very easy to bring up to the next level.\nThe ZS cars were noted to have a lower HP rating than the triple SU cars however simply blocking open or removing the secondary throttle plates (they had a setup that would route the intake gases over to the exhaust manifold and back unless the car was at full throttle) brings back much of the cars potential. It is relatively simple to retrofit the triple SU's but most people, myself included don't really notice a tremendous boost, but the shiny SU's sure look pretty.\nOne of my pet peeves is noticeable on this car and it's a pet peeve because it's so simple to fix, the windscreen squirters should be pointed to one side or the other as the fluid comes out the side of the nozzle ;-)\nSeller, does the sale include a hood cover for the 'top'? It had been an opalescent blue car judging by the color on the firewall under the dash but had been stripped when I got it. The floors had rusted through thanks to sitting under a tarp for years but otherwise had been rust free and the guy I bought it from had done very good metal work when installing new ones. I painted it red with a black interior whereas the original seats had been a dark blue. Seems that 68's did have opalescent blue offered.
