I assume that the 8N used the engine as the frame, as is common on tractors. That would mean that the frame visible between the transmission and front axle is part of the Awsome Henry conversion, right? If so, that's a very clean conversion kit with nice detail work on this particular installation. I would de-bling the engine and paint it all red, and maybe run a single vertical exhaust stack, but that's just personal preference. The current exhaust does have a really nice sound to it - the 289 is my favorite production V8 engine.
