Whether the integrity of the roof structure has been compromised or not would depend a lot on what type of sub-frame was installed, and how it was attached to the roof. Again, it looks like it fits pretty well, so it is anyone's guess if it could flex as per @tomasme comments. I would probably never drive 75mph with an above-the-roof sliding sunroof open in the first place, but even at lower speed, it will certainly catch some wind that the roof was not designed for. As far as purist comments on the sunroof, it will come down to price. If Seller expect anywhere near the E-bay listing price, the sunroof will be a negative as there are other options out there with no sunroof, but if the price is right, like anything you take the sour with the sweet. At least there was a picture of the odometer in the eBay listing that possibly could put the concerns about mileage to rest since seller apparently prefers not to comment on questions.
