You have already mentioned that you will be adding better photos. Thank you. I'd also recommend giving the car, engine compartment and interior a good wipe down before taking more photos. The photos of numbers mentioned by @GameWarden can be found as casting numbers on the heads. If I remember correctly from my 66 2+2, they are on they are on the center exhaust port. Look for large head numbers as well as date codes. The block letters are stamped into the front of the block, passenger side, up toward the top of the block. As per the PHS, it should be WT. You will not find a VIN stamped into the block. Pontiac started that a few years later, but a photo of the block date casting code back by the distributor can be helpful. It can be hard to get to, but worth the effort. Getting it on a lift for the undercarriage photos is usually best. BVZ is correct, the PHS contains a lot of filler information that really isn't necessary, however, there is an upside for people who have never seen PHS information. Now they know what is received from PHS when ordered. Photos of the carbs will help determine whether or not the carbs are correct for a 66 Pontiac, even though we already know they are not original to the car. You also might be asked if the original carb and intake are available. The car looks very nice from what I can see. The hood and trunk have already been brought up. The seats also have an issue that you may be asked about. I'm not sure if the reproduction seat covers have gotten any better, but back in the early 2000s when I restored a 66 2+2, it was very common for the dialectic pleats in the seat covers to pull loose. That seems to be happening to the seats in this car as well. The ones I put in my 66 had this manufacturing issue as well, and fortunately the company sent me replacement covers. I sold the car shortly thereafter, so I could not say whether or not the problem resurfaced. As another commenter stated, check everything to see what works and was does not. If you can dig up any history as to when the restoration was done, that would be helpful too. Hopefully, some new photos and a battery will help you hit that reserve.
