It could be a carpet from a different vehicle. I can't remember if you could get a manual selector in these or only in trucks. I know later on in the 2000's (trucks) electric was standard but you could opt for a manual (mechanical) selector and get a credit when ordering. I ordered my 06 pickup and remember that. The Touch Drive was optional per the factory brochure so a manual shift t-case was standard (I prefer them too!). The manual floor shifter was an option on the lower models but on the eddie bauer all you could get was the electronic selector. The body on this truck is rock solid, I took numerous pictures of the undercarriage to show the condition of the body itself. I included A-pilar and door hinges, drip rails, sail panel and the areas that are known to rust. The frame has normal oxidation for a vehicle this old with almost 300k on the odometer. If there are any other pictures that I can take, please ask and I will take them and post as my schedule permits.
