The floors are otherwise in great shape. \n\nThe trunk had surface rust under that weird black insulation Volvo used in these, from the looks of it due to the leaking trunk seal. I replaced the trunk seal, removed the offending insulation and ground the surface rust down and coated it with POR. Everything is still very solid, save that tiny hole above the bumper. The trunk stays dry when I wash the car.\n\n\" The windshield washer pump and nozzles have been removed.\"\n\nWhen I bought the car, the nozzles were in place in the cowl, but the nuts that hold them down were gone and the hoses were all dry rotted to nothing, so I pulled them and installed plugs in the holes. The pump/bottle and bracket are off the car and intact, but the pump won't run even with a direct 12v. The bottle was getting in the way when I was installing the alternator swap kit, and I didn't want to damage it, so I pulled it and never put it back.
