They are not waterproof, but the cloth has been treated with a water repelling spray for upholstery. I've been caught in the rain a couple times and the aerodynamics of the car do well diverting the rain around the passenger compartment.\r\n\r\nThe stock wipers were retained with no changes.\r\n\r\nABS is still fully functional. I'm not sure how to answer the bias question other than to say I've had no issues that would indicate an issue with the bias. The ABS computer is obviously continuously monitoring wheel speed for all braking and handling adjustments.\r\n\r\nFueling is easily accomplished through the filler neck in the fuel cell. The factory fuel gauge on the dash is functional as well.\r\n\r\nThe wheels are 17\"x9\"\r\n\r\nStock Optispark is retained as well.
