It's still at the end of the day a Honda. Alignment and timing belt/water pump service is really all I've ever taken it in to \"a specialist\" for. The basic maintenance, like oil changes, coolant changes, trans fluid, etc. I've done myself. I'm close to Niguel Motors, a well known NSX specialist here in OC, and have Ramon the shop owner give it a once over from time to time. It's never really needed anything big under my ownership. I change the oil in it every January using a Honda filter and Motul oil, as well as go over every system of the car to inspect its condition. I did change the transaxle fluid back in 2015 when I bought it, and did it again about a year ago. I did also send the injectors out to RC in 2022 for a pro cleaning.
