Someone buy it, you will be guaranteed to love it as I love mine! Also, the best upgrade you can do yourself is install 15 inch rims (from a 1980s Chevy pickup) and radial tires. It totally transforms the car and I wish I did it years before I did. My Lincoln still holds R12 and cools great, not an issue here as this one does not have AC. I had a 63 Continental convertible 20 years ago that was unfazed and solid as a rock when going over rail road tracks. No flex, as compared to a later 68 Deville convertible, which was quite flexible under duress. The unit body construction and 400lb weight surplus over the Cadillac likely helped. I also couldn't believe the fidelity of what was basically a mono AM radio. Crystal clear at freeway speed with the top down. GM didn't get the memo on that, either. Anyway, I have had the privilege of driving this car a few weeks ago, and if I hadn't decided to change my employment status last week, I would be bidding now. It was Florida, for sure. He wrote that when they dropped the crushed car into the back of the Ranchero, the Ranchero was destroyed and he had to run back to the dealer and get another one while they found a smaller cube of metal.
