The lag is low but not imperceptible. The turbos spool quickly but the tuning is based on the gas pedal requesting a targeted load/torque rather than opening a throttle followed by controlling boost so while the lag is over quickly, I felt like you noticed what it was doing more clearly. Hopefully I'm explaining this well, at part throttle it did not feel like an N/A 3.0L i6 with turbos in standby, it felt like a turbo engine giving you partial boost.\n\nThe torque curve is tuned in a pretty linear fashion BUT it has an overboost function too so when that hits it can feel like a torquey car with less top end. IIRC they make torque somewhere in the low 300s lb/ft throughout but the overboost can push it to high 300s up to about 5500rpm before ramping back down.
