If, as you say, doors still stuck out with original seals, then you would need to remove all seals, and adjust doors and lock latches to be flush, using plastic hinge shims. Then you install the seals and do final adjustments. Sometimes (and that's counter-intuitive) latches need to be brought further outside, instead of inside, to allow the door to close tighter. I'm not going to claim to be an expert on all things LR and go to the carpet about this. But I do not believe that HCP's are exclusively confined to 110 chassis. What distinguishes a HCP from a regular pickup is that the bed is separate from the rest of the cab. They are a little wider so they stand a little bit proud of the cab. The tailgate is also wider to accommodate a European pallet so you can forklift one directly on. \r\nSeems to me the debate about this vehicle is taste. Doesn't blow up my skirt but everything is reversible so that this shouldn't prevent anyone from bidding.
