One of the key indicators of flood damage is electrical problems. Water, especially salt water, tends to foul electrical connections over time. Please note their is not a single mention of an electrical issue during its Florida years, or MA for that matter. That's 20 years of no flooding symptoms. The most that I can see from the photos is a worn drivers side floor mat. IMHO, I wouldn't think twice about this car were I in the market.
